Registration & General Info
Is the crèche accredited?
Yes, our facility is fully licensed and regulated by local authorities to ensure we meet all safety, health, and staffing standards.
What qualifications do the teachers have?
Your little ones are in great hands. Our team consists of certified early childhood educators (FABE) and experienced assistants. Beyond their diplomas, our staff are chosen for their warmth, patience, and genuine love for working with children. All our team members are trained in pediatric first aid to ensure everyone stays safe.
Do you offer part-time or full-day options?
We know every family has different needs, so we’re flexible! We offer both full-day and part-time spots (morning sessions). Most families choose a set schedule of 2, 3, or 5 days a week. Just let us know what works for your work-life balance, and we’ll check our current availability.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
Our doors are open for drop-off from 07:00 to 08:45 and for pick-up from 16:00 to 18:30. If you need to collect your child earlier than 16:00, just let us know in advance so we can have them ready for you!
At what age can children enroll?
We welcome children from as young as 3 or 4 months old to 3 years old.
What happens when my child turns three?
We’ve made the next step easy! Once your little one hits their third birthday, they have a guaranteed spot waiting for them right upstairs in our Montessori kindergarten, if this is what you want. You won’t need to worry about searching for a new school or dealing with long waiting lists – the transition is built right in.
Moving upstairs to our Kindergarten?
It is a big milestone, so we make sure you’re part of the journey. We’ll reach out to schedule an info visit with you. It’s a great chance to walk through the new space, chat about how the Montessori approach evolves as they get older, and make sure you feel totally comfortable with the next chapter of their adventure with us.
Our Curriculum & Daily Routine
What does a typical day look like for the children?
Our days are all about balance! We follow a gentle rhythm that includes plenty of free play, creative arts, singing, and outdoor time in the fresh air. We have set times for healthy snacks and a communal lunch so the children can refuel together. To keep everyone comfortable, we also have scheduled nappy-changing blocks throughout the day—though, of course, we don’t just wait for the clock! If we see a nappy needs changing at any other time, we take care of it immediately. We also gather for “circle time” to connect as a group, but most of the day is designed to let children explore at their own pace. This predictable routine helps the kids feel safe and know exactly what to expect next.
How do we handle nap times?
Rest is so important for growing toddlers! We have a dedicated, cosy sleep room where every child has their own space to recharge. We follow your child’s natural cues—if they still need a long midday nap, we make sure they get it.
Do you provide meals, or should we pack them?
We’ve got it covered. We provide a healthy lunch and two balanced snacks every day, so there’s no need to pack a lunchbox.
Do you provide milk formula?
For our littlest ones, please bring your preferred milk formula from home – we will happily prepare it exactly how your baby likes it throughout the day.
Do you provide nappies, or should I bring my own?
To make sure your child stays comfortable and to avoid any skin sensitivities, parents provide the nappies for their own children. This way, you can be sure the brand and size are exactly what works best for your little one.

Our Community & Communication
How can parents get involved in the creche community?
We love having our families involved! Since we’re a close-knit community, there are plenty of ways to join in – from our seasonal parent-child events such as our summer party, Christmas market and Christmas Musical. We also value your input, so we’re always open to a chat, at drop-off or pick-up.
How will I know if my child is making progress without worksheets?
In our crèche setting, progress isn’t measured on paper – it’s seen in how your child interacts, shares, and explores! We focus on social and emotional milestones, like building confidence or learning to help a friend. To keep you in the loop, we share regular updates and photos so you can see the fun they’re having. We also hold parent-teacher catch-ups once a year to sit down and talk specifically about your child’s development and all the new skills they’ve mastered.
